Probing Adapter,EXA
  • IC mounting evaluation can be do when TQPACK for the emulator connection is used.

  • It is possible to use it for both TQPACK and NQPACK.(A part of number of pins is excluded).

  • The signal analyzing is possible to use it for both TQPACK and NQPACK.(except some pin numbers)

  • These products are in compliance with RoHS which are very safe for environment.
