(8) Conversion board from QFP to LGA
Customer's Request
- to reduce the board as much as possible, you want to convert the QFP to LGA.
- LGA was using the existing socket (screwed type to the PWB).
Our Proposal
- Using the half-through-hole technology to achieve miniaturization by causing implementing YQPACK, was connected with the NQPACK (QFP).
- By the PWB to a two-stage configuration, the size of the PWB is miniaturized.
